The ITCH Network is a voluntary UK-wide organisation that provides computer assistance to individuals with disabilities in their homes and at other locations such as day centres. BBC Computer Tutor is a really useful starting point for absolute beginners on Microsoft Windows.
My Web My Way is a good introduction to pass on to ITCH clients. It describes Web and computer options that improve web access and covers, Windows, Mac and Linux. It is newer and more wide-ranging than [My Computer My way and ] which is specific to XP and older versions of Office.
